At Cowboy Driving Academy all of our programs are state licensed and an insurance reduction certificate is available upon completion. The following is a list of our programs and fees.

• Available year-round
• State certified
• Free student pick-up/drop off for in-car instruction at home or school in our local pick-up area (available all driving days with the exception of the driving test day at DPS)
• Classroom completed in 10 hours (1 day) on Saturdays.
• Drives are scheduled outside of school hours. Evening & weekend drive times available!
• Drive times completed in 6 hours (3 days). The entire class will have drives complete within a few weeks.
• One-on-one in-car instruction if you desire private lessons
• 1 year to complete the program

PHASE II -- (Advanced) MVAPC - (Motor Vehicle Accident Prevention Course)

Specialized Defensive Driving with Parent Included @ NO CHARGE.


• 4 hour course (1 hour lecture / 3 hours behind the wheel)
• Focused soley on defensive driving tactics

PHASE III -- Drive Test Reservations Options

We have been given the privilege of reserving testing appointments 5 days a week at the Department of Public Safety in Stillwater, Enid, Guthrie and Ponca City. This eliminates waiting in line and parents do not have to be present. On the day of the test, a certified instructor will practice with the student in the same Cowboy Driving Academy car in which they take their test. We transport the student to DPS for their scheduled testing appointment and then to the tag agency to get their license. The student is then taken back to school or home. Our testing services program has been very successful and presently we have a 100% pass ratio on all testing done through the program since it was implemented. Parents have told us this is the best $95 they have ever spent when compared to taking ½ day of vacation from their jobs. Also, this saves students/parents from waking up to call the Examiner’s office at 7 a.m. to reserve drive times on a pot luck basis. There is only one phone line and it is strictly first come, first served.

* Driving test fee is not due until the day of the test.
** Because Cowboy Driving Academy has scheduled appointments at DPS, students miss less class time than they would if a parent took them.

We offer several options:

1. Reservation only - $35
2. Testing only - $95
   Parent brings student to DPS to take road exam in a Cowboy Driving Academy car. We make test appointment.
3. 4th Drive & Test - $95 OUR MOST POPULAR!
   Includes one hour additional review drive and mock test to calm the nerves. (A $140 Value)
4. Re-testing - $35
   If student fails road exam, we will drive w/student again (no charge for additional drive" and have them re-tested OR we can just make another appointment for student to test at DPS. Must wait one week before reservation can be made to re-test.

BASIC DEFENSIVE DRIVING PROGRAM

• 6 hour lecture course
• 2 point reduction off driving record
• Court ordered ticket removal or insurance reduction

PRIVATE LESSONS/REHABILITATION EVALUATIONS

We offer private lessons, but encourage you to come to class. One of the benefits of coming to class is receiving an insurance reduction certificate. Individuals that are not enrolled in our school can also take private lessons.

We also offer rehabilitation evaluations for individuals who have suffered a stroke or another type of traumatic injury. We provide a thorough driving analysis for doctors and insurance companies when rehabilitation evaluations are needed.
