IMPORTANT SCHEDULING INFORMATION

  • Cowboy Driving Academy Texting Service Number: 580-215-1455 (Text Only)
    • Office Hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm
  • If your student has any medical related issues please message us using our texting service a minimum of 72 hours prior to your drive so we can inform your instructor.
  • Cowboy Classic Premium Plus You May Finish Your 3, 2 Hour Drives In 30 Days.
  • Cowboy Classic Premium You May Finish Your 3, 2 Hour Drives In 60 Days.
  • Cowboy Classic Express You May Finish Your 3, 2 Hour Drives In 90 Days.
  • Cowboy Classic You May Finish Your 3, 2 Hour Drives In 120 Days
    • The Cowboy Classic guarantee to complete the first 6 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction (see above) is based upon the student being available when our instructors are available.
    • Cowboy Classic Customers: in the event you cannot find drive times that work for you via the Login Link below, communicate your typical weekly availability by messaging our texting service at 580-215-1455. (Example: I’m available to drive Tuesdays and Wednesdays 6 pm or after…DO NOT ONLY give us one day or availability for only one week please)
  • How To Schedule Home, School or Work Pickup/Drop Off …Valet (Paid $695 or above)
    • After scheduling your drive(s) via the Student Login below, use the texting service
    • There is a required 72 hour notice to schedule valet. Failure to give a 72 hour notice will result in the original pick up/drop off location for that drive. NO EXCEPTIONS
    • You will receive an email with the modified pickup location.

PAY AS YOU GO CUSTOMERS

  • You are not able to schedule via the Student Login method.
  • Inform us of your availability using our texting service at 580-215-1455.

SCHEDULE YOUR PRACTICE DRIVE AND TEST

If you are having issues logging on to schedule your drives, PLEASE do not copy and paste your user name and password from your activation email…retype your user name and password (they are case sensitive). If this does not work, check to see if autofill is activated in your browser settings and try retyping user name and password with autofill off. If you continue to have issues, email us using the link below.

 It is our recommendation that you use Safari, Chrome or Firefox as your browser for accessing your account to book your drives.  Internet Explorer IS NOT recommended, some versions have issues with our scheduling software.  If you are logging in on an Android device, please use Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser.
